Richard Mate – Owner / Sales / Janitor
After many years in the Auto / Furniture industry as well as several decades in sales for special machinery and machined components, Rich found his call to the life of an entrepreneur in the digital sign industry, he is often quoted saying “as a business owner you only have to work half days! which ever 12 hours you chose.” Rich is a father to 4 men, husband to his beautiful wife Bonny (24 years) and has lived in West Michigan all his life.
Paul Van Duyn – Empowered Stakeholder
What the heck is that? Well, ask me, I would be more than happy to share. I have been around lots of companies, big ones, little ones, some non-profits, for profit and those that hoped to make a profit. I had been in a management role with a sign company before, I am really excited about the possibilities here at Pride! Maybe this is why they hired me, I have 4 adult kids too! Mine are all married and lucky to have 5 grandchildren with my lovely wife Lynn.
Bryan Herrington / Proud Business Owner Minion
I have been coming up with interesting ideas for most of my life first as a Tool & Die Maker and eventually as a Technology Driven business owner in the area for over 25 years. Each day is exciting for me to share what I continue to learn with the customers so they too can have solutions that can improve their companies. I am very lucky to have a very supportive and understanding wife, children, grandchildren and friends. Making serious company commitments to customers can sometimes make for long days that take us away from them. If I have learned anything over the years, it is all about the love of what I do and personal balance. The goal is to find customer relationships for Pride that put value and understanding into all these same things.
